When I was 23 years old, I saw my mom fight for her life against a super aggressive form of breast cancer. She passed away 14 months later, and I fell into a deep depression with no end in sight.
For years I scraped by and tried to survive. Until one day, I realized I was put on this earth to do more than merely exist. I was put here to flourish, to use this momentary obstacle as a way to strengthen my mind and spirit, to change the way I look at fear and challenge, and to build an amazing life that I fiercely love.
And that’s what The Fearless Life Project is. It is a way for me to share the exact tools, strategies and action steps that I used to build a badass body and unbreakable mindset so that I could overcome the doubts, depressions and anxieties that were keeping me from living an amazing life filled with happiness, fulfillment and success.
